AI Transformation For Real Estate

We build agents for the leases, listings, and resident requests your teams handle every day. A first working result arrives in two weeks.

Piotr Babel, Partner @ Qvery

A property team's work is spread across the management system, shared inboxes, and lease files. We connect agents to all three, so a request gets answered from the right record, with every step logged.

AI Agents Built For Real Estate

Software that handles a task the way a trained employee would, connected to the systems you already use.

Listings Kept In Line With Your Records

Prices, photos, and details change, and each portal and flyer needs the update. An agent carries every change from your system to the places the property appears. Your brokers spend fewer hours fixing errors one portal at a time.

Pricing Summaries Ready For Every Client

Comparable sales, market data, and local trends have to come together before you sit down with a seller. An agent pulls them into one clear brief for your broker. Your team walks in with the numbers in one place.

Key Terms Within Reach

Every lease and contract carries dates, rents, and clauses someone has to find and follow. An agent reads each document, extracts what matters, and keeps the deadlines in front of your team. Renewal and notice dates stay in view.

Maintenance Requests Kept Moving

Repairs get reported by email, text, and portal, and each one needs a reply and a vendor. An agent sorts them, answers residents, and chases each job with its vendor until your team closes it. Your property managers get hours back for owners and tenants.

Read The FAQs.

Which real estate businesses is this for?

Property and community association managers, and residential brokerages.

Where can an agent take on work first in real estate?

Where resident requests, transaction paperwork, or listing updates wait for someone to handle them. We start with the job that costs your team the most hours.

How does Qvery price its work?

A fixed price for a defined result, agreed before any build starts. We set it once we understand the job, so you never pay by the hour. Each price is scoped to its work, which is why none is published here.

Which of our systems can the agents work with?

The ones your team already uses: property management software, listing feeds, the shared inbox, and spreadsheets. What an agent can reach depends on the access each one offers, and we check that first.

When does a person take over?

On anything that needs judgment: a disputed lease term, a negotiation, an urgent repair. The agent hands it to the right manager or broker with the details gathered, and your on-call route stays as it is.

What happens to our property managers?

They spend less time sorting the inbox and chasing vendors, and more with owners and residents. How roles change stays your decision, and we build to support it.

Where does our data go, and who stays in control?

Before any build, we agree in writing which systems an agent may use and where its data is processed. Only the people named in that agreement can see it, and nothing is kept longer than agreed. Before go-live, you set which actions each agent completes on its own, and the rest wait for a person's approval.

How do you handle GDPR?

Qvery AI OÜ is an Estonian company, so it works under EU law, including the GDPR. Where we handle personal information for you, we sign a data processing agreement and act only on your documented instructions. When the job ends, we delete or return what we hold, as you choose.

What about the EU AI Act?

It applies in stages, and we check each agent against it before it goes live. An agent that talks to your customers tells them they are dealing with AI, as its transparency rules require from August 2026. Its rules for high-risk uses, such as judging a person's creditworthiness, apply from December 2027.
