AI Transformation For Law Firms

We build agents for the inquiries, intake, and client updates that fill your team's day. A first working result arrives in two weeks.

Vlad Shvets, Partner @ Qvery

Much of a law firm's week goes to intake forms, document review, and status emails. We build agents for that work, so your lawyers spend their time on clients and their cases.

AI Agents Built For Law Firms

Software that handles a task the way a trained employee would, working within your duties to clients.

New Inquiries Answered Quickly

Prospective clients call and write at all hours, often when no one is free to pick up. An agent handles the routine questions, gathers the facts of the matter, and prepares the intake file. Your team starts each consultation with the details in hand.

Filing Packages Assembled And Checked

Immigration forms, court papers, and their supporting documents come with deadlines and long checklists. An agent puts each package together, compares it with the requirements, and tracks every date. Your paralegals get those hours back for the cases that need them.

Case Documents Read And Summarized

New matters arrive with records, contracts, and correspondence that need a first pass. An agent goes through each file, pulls out the facts and dates, and drafts a short summary for the lawyer handling it. Your associates start with the facts already in order.

Client Updates As Each Matter Moves

People expect a quick reply from their firm, and questions about status and fees arrive all day. An agent answers the routine ones from your case records. Your lawyers keep their hours for the advice only they can give.

Read The FAQs.

Which law firms is this for?

Full-service, personal injury, and mass tort practices, plus immigration and other high-volume filing teams.

Where can an agent take on work first for a law firm?

Where inquiries, intake, or client updates wait for someone's time. We start with the job that costs your team the most hours.

How does Qvery price its work?

A fixed price for a defined result, agreed before any build starts. We set it once we understand the job, so you never pay by the hour. Each price is scoped to its work, which is why none is published here.

What about confidentiality?

Every agent works inside your duties to clients. What it may read, and who at Qvery sees its data, is set in writing and kept to what the job needs.

Does the agent give legal advice?

No. It handles intake, status updates, and routine questions. Anything that calls for professional judgment goes to an attorney.

Which of our systems can the agents work with?

The ones your team already uses: case and document management software, intake forms, the shared inbox, and spreadsheets. What an agent can reach depends on the access each one offers, and we check that first.

Where does our data go, and who stays in control?

Before any build, we agree in writing which systems an agent may use and where its data is processed. Only the people named in that agreement can see it, and nothing is kept longer than agreed. Before go-live, you set which actions each agent completes on its own, and the rest wait for a person's approval.

How do you handle GDPR?

Qvery AI OÜ is an Estonian company, so it works under EU law, including the GDPR. Where we handle personal information for you, we sign a data processing agreement and act only on your documented instructions. When the job ends, we delete or return what we hold, as you choose.

What about the EU AI Act?

It applies in stages, and we check each agent against it before it goes live. An agent that talks to your customers tells them they are dealing with AI, as its transparency rules require from August 2026. Its rules for high-risk uses, such as judging a person's creditworthiness, apply from December 2027.
