A fixed price for a defined result, agreed before any build starts. We set it once we understand the job, so you never pay by the hour. Each price is scoped to its work, which is why none is published here.

If a ready-made tool covers the job, use it. Much of a company's work depends on its own rules, systems, and exceptions that an off-the-shelf product was never built for. That is the work our agents are designed for.

Agents take over the repetitive, manual tasks, and your teams move to the work that needs judgment. That is the aim we design for. How roles change stays your decision, and we build to support it.

Before any build, we agree in writing which systems an agent may use and where its data is processed. Only the people named in that agreement can see it, and nothing is kept longer than agreed. Before go-live, you set which actions each agent completes on its own, and the rest wait for a person's approval.

Qvery AI OÜ is an Estonian company, so it works under EU law, including the GDPR. Where we handle personal information for you, we sign a data processing agreement and act only on your documented instructions. When the job ends, we delete or return what we hold, as you choose.

It applies in stages, and we check each agent against it before it goes live. An agent that talks to your customers tells them they are dealing with AI, as its transparency rules require from August 2026. Its rules for high-risk uses, such as judging a person's creditworthiness, apply from December 2027.
